We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Cheryl . Moving from CT to SC was a huge step for us, and she made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. From the very beginning, Cheryl was always there—quick to respond, incredibly organized, and constantly making sure we felt supported. No question ever went unanswered, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and confident with every decision. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. This wasn’t just a transaction for her—she was invested in helping us find the right home and making sure everything went smoothly for our family. Cheryl is absolutely amazing. She did everything I asked for and more. We had one day on a Saturday to really look around at houses. I sent her about 3-4 I wanted to see. She had a list of 10 when we got there. Once we got there and I found one I liked, she helped me understand how our negotiations were going to go and answered any question I had. She had references for home inspectors, repairmen, and anything else I needed help with. And even after my closing, she has been checking in on me, making sure that I have what I need and making sure that I am taking care of everything I need to on my end, keeping me on track. Cannot recommend Cheryl enough!

Cheryl Smith is such an AMAZING realtor. As a first time home buyer she explained everything step by step and into depth. She made sure we had a clear picture of everything. Every question we had she answered. She worked late hours throughout the week. Any home we were intrested in, she would immediately get information on and was quick to schedule a tour. Our lender would slack tremendously but Cheryl always made sure we were on schedule. Communicating constantly throughout all parties. And making the perfect deal. Even after closing we had questions and without hesitation she guided us.Cheryl is very passionate about her job. Whatever you are looking for she will make it happen.
